Great American Cookies is seeking locations in primary and secondary markets throughout the U.S. with a minimum population of 60,000 within a 10 mile radius, and minimum $40,000 median household income.  As many of our locations are in regional malls, we often partner with other retail outlets to help drive overall mall business. Our preferred co-tenants are large anchors, movie theaters, children’s concept stores, and locations near a food court. Other target venues include airports, lifestyle centers, entertainment complexes, and transit centers.
